雖然現在已經接近聖誕節的尾聲了~!不過還是寫篇文章來跟大家說聲『聖誕快樂!!

從小到大,我一直很喜歡聖誕節這個節日,總覺得每到聖誕節,都會很開心,今年,是結婚後第一次與大叔過聖誕節,當然要來的比較溫馨的方式過聖誕囉~!除了家中布置有聖誕氣氛,當然也要當個『賢妻良母』....XD

去年,大叔買了聖誕版的Toro貓......,今年,帶了聖誕版的憤怒鳥 XD,所以,家中的玄關處,目前就是聖誕玩偶、公仔大集合啦!!~(其中,也謝謝牛寄過來的卡片啦...XD~每年這個時刻都會收到牛寄來的聖誕卡,真是感動阿....!!)

我和大叔有個想法,希望家中能有過節的氣氛,因此,到特殊節日我都會在玄關處擺放應景的物品,前陣子則是萬聖節的FU阿~~!!

mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:ZH-TW;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">番茄炒蛋,第一次作,前陣子在IVY的網站看到有這道菜,恰巧Kay媽前陣子也給了我兩顆番茄,就來試作囉!!!不過由於家中沒有砂糖也沒有麻油,所以使用冰糖與芝麻油憑感覺調味出來啦~!不過,我家大叔覺得這道菜很好吃阿!!!(他之前很不愛番茄炒蛋哩...因為他不愛番茄味啊XD) 不過,因為有添加了一些番茄醬,把味道整個蓋過去,吃起來酸酸甜甜,大叔覺得很好吃哩...因此,不知不覺的吃了好多阿....

mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:ZH-TW;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">豆子炒素火腿,因為Kay媽也給了我一堆豆子,由於過幾天就和大叔出國了,所以必須要趕快把冰箱中的食物給清空,因此,便把豆子與素火腿一起炒,加點鹽巴,味道就不錯囉!!而且,大豆附有豐富的蛋白質,對健康不
錯喔!!

由於我和大叔不能吃油膩與吃太鹹,所以皆使用少許的油與少許的鹽巴,畢竟健康還是最重要阿!!~~

mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:ZH-TW;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">↑玉米蘑菇濃湯,雖然使用湯包,不過還是有改變了一下作法,否則味道則會太淡,裡面有加上切塊的火腿、蛋與蘑菇,並加上了牛奶,讓味道更加濃郁,喝起來也有奶香味,撒上粗的黑胡椒,就像是餐館中的玉米濃湯啦!!~

mso-ansi-language:EN-US;mso-fareast-language:ZH-TW;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">↑真的是我做的青醬義大利麵啦!!!~上面除了有切片蘑菇(使用奶油炒磨菇)、甜椒還有主要的德國香腸(烤),加上青醬並灑上少許羅勒葉,就是一道很漂亮也很下飯的義大利麵喔!!~(當然,這也是我第一次煮青醬啦...XD 今天好多個第一次阿....XD)

啦!!已經吃了一個多月的素食囉!!~不過,今天特地請了小假,陪大叔吃一下肉類,否則他挺孤單的勒....(不過也是因為大叔怕我一直都在吃菜,身體不好,還是希望我吃點肉類,補充一下體力....)

總之,這就是今天當賢妻娘母的成果囉!!~~

最後,當然要回歸主題一下!!~~
